ATscale is seeking a temporary Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Specialist to provide parental leave cover for 6-8 months.

The role: You will lead the implementation of the ATscale MEL framework by ensuring the quality and timely reporting of partners’ results, and by coordinating across teams to produce evidence-based donor and annual reports.You will strengthen our organization's data results system by managing our end-to-end data pipeline, while collecting, processing, and disseminating ATscale-supported partners’ results using tools such as STATA, Excel, and Google Sheets.

The position is home-based and offered at 80% time.
ATscale is seeking a consultancy partner for the event management of
AT EXPO AFRICA 2027, a significant event dedicated to advancing the
assistive technology (AT) sector.
The event is scheduled to take place from June 3-5, 2027 in Dakar, Senegal.
We are looking for an experienced service provider to plan and execute
the initial phase of the Expo (March 2026 – September 2026). This
crucial preparatory work will be conducted in close collaboration with
the AT Expo Africa 2027 national steering committee and its executive
secretariat, including the Senegalese Ministries of Health and Public
Hygiene, and Family, Social Action, and Solidarities.
While the consultancy partner can be located anywhere globally, travel
to Dakar, Senegal, will be required at least once during this initial
phase.
