2025 Annual review
The ATscale Annual Review 2025 provides an in-depth look at a pivotal year for the Partnership, detailing our strategic transition from foundation-building to delivering results at scale. Amidst a challenging global financial landscape, this report captures our sustained commitment to increasing access to assistive technology through our three core pillars: strengthening country systems, advancing global enablers, and advocating for transformative policy change. It documents how, in collaboration with our partners and governments, we are embedding assistive technology into national health, education, and social protection systems to create lasting, locally-led progress. This year’s review highlights our decisive achievements, including reaching 2.6 million people with life-changing technology and launching the landmark Unlock Healthy Learning programme in the Pacific.
It showcases our latest global tools—such as the new ATconnect platform and essential policy briefs—that are breaking down barriers to employment, education, and gender equality. Looking ahead, the report outlines our roadmap to deepen government ownership and diversify our funding base, reinforcing our collective resolve to ensure that, by 2030, an additional 500 million people have the assistive technology they need to participate fully in society.
