Objectives of the programme: To significantly advance several key initiatives, including finalizing the ATA-C report, developing the assistive technology roadmap, hosting a closing event, and creating awareness-raising materials. 

 

Programme description: ATscale worked with Momentum Wheels for Humanity, and Transiciones Guatemala, to assess and improve the assistive technology landscape in Guatemala. This included carrying out an assistive technology capacity assessment, drafting an assistive technology roadmap and creating an awareness-raising video.
 

 

 

 

Programme results:
Guatemala completed a capacity assessment (ATA-C) and drafted their assistive technology national roadmap.
To enhance accessibility, this video was developed with Spanish and Guatemalan sign language interpretation, Kaqchikel voice-over, and English subtitles. .
